Quality Process

1. The products are checked for quality at every stage of production by our expert quality department in the factory premises.

2. Our Quality department checks all Aluminium Die Cast Machined Parts are free from blow holes or pin holes and is delivered with dimension accuracy.

3. Random sampling of each ship lot for complaints and of key characters.

4. Last piece inspection at the end of each production run.

5. The inventory management is completely computerised to reduce wastage and over stocking.

6. All Aluminium machined components are checked before despatch.
